What is your return policy?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Perishable products (like food or flowers)

• Digital downloads

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

• Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

North America: 1-3 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping

​

All orders are shipped out within 1-2 days of your order via USPS priority mail. All orders over 1 lb come with tracking and $50 insurance coverage through USPS. I use the smallest box possible to safely ship your items. Fragile items are wrapped in packing paper,  bubble wrap, or are firmly secured in between two layers of styrofoam before being placed into the box. All boxes are labeled as fragile. I make it a priority to ensure, to the best of my ability, that your mirror arrives in the perfect condition that it leaves here. Non-fragile, under 1 lb, small orders will be shipped in a bubble mailer via USPS first class shipping. Tracking comes with the package. However, please note that first class shipping does not have insurance. 

What are my payment options?

All major payment options, including Paypal and Square, are accepted.

Do you do custom or personalized spray paint art orders?

I am happy to do custom orders! If you would like to customize your own colors or have an idea for a new image, please feel free to message me! I am happy to work with you on designing your mirror just the way you like! All custom orders will be designed by me and then approved by you prior to any payments or painting.
