Family Time- Girls in Glasses

Fun times abound! This post is all about two little girls who had their first eye exams.....and got their first pair of glasses! They are absolutely adorable, by the way. Although I fully admit that I am biased. As it turns out, both girls are near sighted and need glasses. Both girls got them at the same time. This officially makes all 3 of my girls wearing glasses. The two boys? One is too young and the other has perfect vision. How does that even happen? I have no idea but it did for us! Here's the girls rocking their newest eye wear:

I am not convinced that they both really needed glasses. One of them states that they make her vision worse. The other one complained her head hurt. Both girls had a hard time completing the eye exam. Both girls could barely sit still, let alone pay attention. One of the girls will answer yes to every question you ask. Even if the questions contradict each other because she doesn't understand what your asking. We have just decided that these are trial glasses. They can wear them if they want to and they are comfortable. If they are not comfortable or don't want to, they don't have to. It's a good learning experience for them and we can repeat the eye exam in a years time to re-evaluate their need for the glasses. Until then, I will continue to cheer them on! They are so pretty with their new accessories!
