Recipes- Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches- Crock Pot Style

Haha 😂 I totally did a cheat meal tonight and my kids think it's the best 😂 🤣So easy to please them! Buffalo shredded chicken sandwiches and chips. Here is my recipe if anyone else wants to give it a try!
Ingredients:
1 bag of frozen chicken tenders (not breaded)
4 bottles of sweet baby rays buffalo wing sauce
Apple cider vinigar
1 large Onion
Seasonings I use: Minced onion Garlic powder Pepper Dill weed Seasoning salt Oregano Thyme
Instructions:
Dice onion and place in bottom of crock pot.
Place frozen chicken on top of onion
Add 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
Sprinkle each seasoning over the top. Not to heavy but enough for a covering.
Add 2 bottles of sweet baby rays wing sauce.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
When done cooking, drain half the liquid (make sure to use a strainer so you don't lose chicken or onion)
Shred chicken with two forks (I do mine on a cutting board) if it's done, it should fall apart.
Put shredded chicken back in the crock pot with the remaining sauce and onion. Add 1 and a 1/2 more bottles of the sweet baby rays wing sauce. Mix well.
Serve on a hamburger bun with your topping of choice (ranch, blue cheese, etc).
