Recipes- Salsa Chicken- Crock Pot Style

As most of you know, I often reach for my crock pot to make good meals for my family. It is simply easy and the food comes out great! This recipe is particularly great because it takes so little ingredients to make! Here's how I do it:

- 1 bag boneless skinless chicken tenders frozen. Dump it in the crock pot.

- 2 jars of salsa (pick your flavor/heat). Dump them in the crock pot.

Cook on high 5 hours. I add a little garlic powder (couple shakes), a little salt (couple shakes), and a little black pepper (a good layer).

When chicken is falling apart shred it with two forks. Mix. Make 2 cups of rice. Add to crock pot and stir all together. Jalapenos and cheese can be served on the side to compliment the meal.

Enjoy! Please let me know how yours comes out or any variations you try! I love trying different versions of my meals!
